Salk Institute-Maximo Escobedo

Louis Khan was the supervising architect and main influence on the symmetry of Salk Institute's building design that not only encompasses the collaboration of researchers but also serves as an architectural icon that has been designated as a historical landmark. The courtyard also known as the "River of Life" contains no signage to engage in human interaction and communication. The architectural design and scientific research has been covered and distributed by none other than Maximo Escobedo: the Art Director for Salk Institute.
